- child from 2 to 6 years old travels 50% off; terminal fee of ₩ 2000 Korean Won is charged at Sokcho port when departing from South Korea.
- a child from 6 to 12 years old uses 50% discount; Vladivostok and Sokcho terminal fees are charged in full.
- Teenagers 12 to 18 years old use 20% discount; Vladivostok and Sokcho terminal fees are charged in full.
- senior citizens over 70 years old use 20% discount; Vladivostok and Sokcho terminal dues are charged in full.
- shift crew members use 10% discount; Vladivostok and Sokcho terminal dues are charged in full.
Refund of the cost of unused ticket:
- 2 weeks before the ship departure date, the full cost of the unused ticket is refunded;
- 5 days prior to departure date 10% of the fare is deducted, terminal fees are refunded in full;
- 2-4 days prior to departure date 20% of the fare is deducted, terminal dues are fully refundable;
- 1 day (the day before) before the departure date 30% of the fare will be deducted, terminal dues are fully refundable;
- on the day of departure before departure of the ship, 50% of the fare is deducted, terminal dues are fully refundable;
- after departure 100% of the fare including terminal dues will be deducted.
Refund of the cost of a partially used round-trip ticket:
From the full cost of a round-trip ticket, the cost of a used one-way ticket is deducted and 50% is deducted from the remaining amount.
Re-issue of departure date:
Departure date rescheduling is free of charge (1 time) until the departure date of the ship. On the day of departure there is no rescheduling of the departure date, only cancellation.
Ticket refund after rescheduling:
In case of cancellation of a ticket with a rescheduled departure date, a fee of 50% of the fare will be deducted, terminal dues will be deducted in full.
Refund in case of refusal of movement by the Border Guard Service of the Russian Federation / Immigration Service of the Republic of Korea:
Full refund at the fare applicable at the time of ticket purchase.
